That is the whole difference, and it is why a rental does not end the visit: the guest goes back to their table with a charging phone rather than waiting near a cabinet. The bank goes back into a free slot on the way out.

We do, and the venue is not asked to order anything. Power banks recharge inside the station, so there is no swapping and no collection round. What does need replacing is a bank a guest keeps, and our software forecasts that from your rental data, so the shipment leaves before the station runs short. Parcels are dispatched the same day and arrive the next.

We replace it, and the venue is not charged. The station and every power bank in it stay ZAPT property, and your liability for loss, damage or theft is £0.00.

Your share is on the rental, which is capped at £9.99 in any 24 hours, so that is the figure it is calculated from. Past 24 hours the rental becomes a £25 purchase and the guest keeps the bank. The balance above the cap replaces the power bank, which is not coming back, so it is not shared.
