  • Our powerbank stations are compact and designed to fit comfortably in high-traffic areas without taking up much space. Depending on the model, they can be placed on a countertop, mounted on one of our customised stands or set up as a free-standing unit.

  • The devices are set up prior and the installation is quick and straightforward, all we need is a good space and a power outlet and it's good to go.

  • No, there are no upfront costs or ongoing fees for the venue. The only cost you’ll incur is the minimal electricity used to power the station.

  • Venues earn a percentage of the revenue generated from each powerbank rental. This provides a steady, passive income stream with no additional work required on your part.

  • Our advanced software continuously monitors the health and status of each powerbank and station. If an issue arises, we’re notified immediately and will arrange to fix it promptly at your convenience.

  • Customers can rent a powerbank using the integrated POS system with a card.The powerbank can be returned to any ZAPT station within 48 hours or a £15 non-return fee will be charged

  • You hold no liability for any issues that may arise. In the event that a powerbank is not returned then they will not receive their £15 deposit back and will be charged for the full 48 hour rental period.

  • We offer full support, including installation, maintenance, and customer service. If any issues arise, we’re just a call away and will handle everything, ensuring no disruption to your operations.

  • No, our powerbank stations are equipped with their own network SIMs, so there’s no need for venue Wi-Fi.
